By accessing the Site, requesting services, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

We provide appliance repair services on an as-requested basis. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location within the Bay Area. We do not guarantee the availability of specific technicians, parts, or timelines. All services are performed by qualified technicians, but outcomes depend on the condition of the appliance and other factors beyond our control.

You must provide accurate information about the appliance issue, access to the premises, and any relevant details to enable service delivery. We may refuse service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe or infeasible.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled via phone, email, or the Site. We aim to accommodate requests but do not guarantee specific times or dates. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee may apply. No-show fees may be charged if you fail to provide access at the scheduled time.

3. Payments
